RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused and in original condition;
- In order packaging;
- Not damaged after delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby and personal items may not be eligible for return.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- Used items
- Items damaged through normal use
- Change of mind purchases
- Personalized or final sale items
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
SHIPPING DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to customs delays. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
